Transcendent Journeys values you as a client.

Since the health and personal circumstances of each person vary, the cost of end-of-life doula services varies. The initial consultation fee will be $100, a non-refundable fee. If you receive services the fee will be subtracted from your service fees. Based on your individual needs and timeframe, a package price will be determined, and a Service Agreement will be completed before our work begins.

Confidentiality

We respect your right to privacy. All personal and medical information will be held strictly confidential. We pledge our commitment to treating your information responsibly. The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires all health care records and other individually identifiable health information (Protected Health Information or PHI) used or disclosed to us in any form, whether electronically, on paper, or orally, to be kept confidential. Federal law gives you, the patient, significant rights to understand and control how health information is used.
